homecoming court nominee voting!

[From today until next Thursday, a table will be set up in the cafeteria for cadets and SeeDs to vote for nominees for homecoming court. A ballot will be given to all voters where they will all put a nominee down for Homecoming Queen, Homecoming King, Homecoming Prince and Homecoming Princess. Happy voting!]

[MOD NOTE: For those of you who are new to the game, this is part of our homecoming event which will continue on to July. Remember, Homecoming Queen and King is reserved for SeeDs while Prince and Princess are for cadets. This post will be screened so people can cast their ballots here. The top three in each category will be part of homecoming court where they will then campaign for the royal titles.]

[For the first time since the incident will Grell, Kurt actually seems something other than quietly moody and is out and about -- specifically, in the Quad.

The elf is dressed lightly in a simple pair of pants and shirt -- no armor today, folks! -- and has a large bag set to his side. It's very obvious why, as the male is currently working on what seems to be a rather nice dress, currently plain. A few markings here and there, however, suggest that once it's finished it will end up rather beautiful.

Occasionally, a small kitten will poke its head out of the bag, only to be gently pushed back in to go back to sleep.]

What's so special about "homecoming?" I mean, I understand how someone coming home making people want to celebrate, but I don't get this.
