(eighteenth miracle) BBS + action

[This is harder. And with time as precious as it is, she is trying to keep this as to the point as possible.]
Back home, I was a time traveler. The equipment [yes, that's a good word for it] that allows me to do so came here with me, but with time as messed up as it is here I was always too scared to try and use it in case it somehow messed with time compression even more or I ended up somewhere strange...
But I think it's time I stopped being scared. The Time Compression Mage said he's going to manipulate the time distortion - maybe my time travel gear can help us gain our own control over the distortion, or help us travel around it easier.
I honestly don't know how it works, but if anyone wants to have a look at it and pull it apart to figure it out and maybe make something similar, I'll have it in my office, [some room number on the second floor].

[For those who choose to go straight to her office instead of replying on the BBS, Mikuru is indeed sitting at her desk, giving her pistols some TLC in preparation for the battle. There's a chair before the desk with her Miracle outfit lying neatly folded on top of it.]
