MISSIONS: Upgrade the Tower and Reactivate the TV Station

[The two missions were launched at the same time and set to more or less coincide -- the theory being that Galbadia forces, should they elect to respond, would be slightly delayed and less effective if they had two concurrent events to respond to.]

[The SeeDs assembled at the Garage at 0700 hours on Saturday for transport to Balamb by van. There, they split into two groups -- one taking the train, one taking a transport ship.]

[It's Sunday night when Marco finally returns from the mission against pirates. He feels pretty good, it's always nice to be back out at sea doing something familiar that was absent for so long. Still he has a feeling his family that couldn't come might have had some massive explosions. They're all like Ace with a bottle of booze and some fireworks. It'd be nice just to make sure they're all in one piece. He will of course, be glad to see anyone however and probably give hugs to random CR. Affectionate tired-happy pirate get.]

[Throughout the next week Marco has both made posters asking to vote for him for Homecoming King, and then doodled all over them. Feel free to catch him in the act, or to just find random posters of Marco with a top-hat, mustache, and monocle plastered all over them. MUCH MUCH later in the week, he'll also make chocolate cupcakes with blue frosting and sprinkles and hand them out with a little Whitebeard flag decoration stuck in. It's not a bribe. Obviously he just felt like it. Obviously.]
