So, I don't know when or how it happened, but my room is full of pastries and stuff. There's icing everywhere and everything is really, really sticky now. Uh. Anyone mind maybe helping me clean up? I'd do it myself, but I'm kind of afraid I'm going to break or burn or freeze something in here. Again.

(P.S. David, sorry about the hole in the wall.)

[Normally Fang didn't eat in the cafeteria, especially now that there was an actual town nearby, but apparently today was an exception. Not that she was easy to spot; she'd taken a table waaaay in the back, hopefully away from prying eyes since she certainly wasn't aiming to be seen.

Easier said than done. How did you try to hide when you were using fire? The weird new magic she'd found herself with hadn't been just a fluke, it seemed. It was getting stronger, and not in the way she was familiar with when it came to her l'cie powers...though come to think of it, her usual l'cie magic hadn't been coming easy lately. Strange.

But since it wasn't appropriate for a SeeD to use magic outside of the training room, Fang was hiding back here instead. She'd managed to get her hands on one of the hot dogs and was setting fire to it in sections at a time, apparently seeing how far she could take this magic. It was way more than enough to burn a piece of meat, that was for sure. Which meant that it could probably fry a person, no problem...

Even though she thought herself hidden, she couldn't help but think that someone was watching her. Or staring. Something. She couldn't get rid of the feeling that there were eyes on her. Maybe they were trying to ask her about the stench of burnt meat.]

[Great. Just great. Cissnei thought she was going home (not that she was entirely looking forward to it) but... she's clearly not. Unless this is another effect of time differences. Her expression shows just a hint of annoyance, but it's hard to tell.]

This isn't Gaia, is it? I don't remember a Balamb Garden around. [She sighs lightly.] In any case, my name is Cissnei. If there are any other Turks around, please call me as soon as possible. [Though the odds are not really in her favor here.]

[Oz spent what spare time he had in the library reading any book that caught his eye or he deemed interesting. Finding a new one to read today Oz picked it from the shelve as he went to find a seat, sitting down and opening the book to the first page. He had always wondered what type of books would be in a place like this and someone he was surprised at what he found, but for the meantime he wasn't and instead was settling into reading this new book, a look of fasination clear on his face.]

[That's why Nepeta had left for a while, seeking solitude not in her dorm, or in Vriska's, or even the cave she had claimed as her own in the training center. No, instead she had gone out to the city later in the day when there weren't so many people out in the streets. The few that were still out and about mostly ignored her. She sat on the ledge of a fountain, a thermos of tea at her side and notebook open in her lap full of writing in alternian text.

She had never been much of a writer before, but she was beginning to find catharsis in it, and while it didn't answer any of her questions, at the very least it help her to organize her thoughts enough to least realize what some of those questions even were.

((ooc; still answering to threads on event log! will get to everyone, but i wanted this up before the events end/they left fisherman's horizon. expect tags on this entry to be slow till Im done with those ^^;))

[There's a blonde woman with short hair and very blue eyes--and a very skintight t-shirt--looking a little apathetic before instantly smirking--as if she has just realized the video was recording.]

Looks like all you br--students got lucky. I'm back, but the session's practically over. Don't worry, I'll make up for it next quarter.

If you don't know me, you can call me Miss Tea. I'm one of the WTR 301 instructors and I teach Information Technology 101. None of you better be failing those classes.

[She stretches, arms pulled tight behind her.] But I'm feeling like a generous teacher today. Come out to the Training Center and I'm willing to help students on their target practice.

[Which means she's already gotten bored. Come keep her entertained by firing things at her. She'll be around for a while.]
