[ Squall had left the meeting shortly after the dismissal. He'd had nothing to say, nothing to really contribute. Only his thoughts, which he kept mostly to himself. It was pretty obvious what he thought of some of the new faces; they might last the week, they might last the month. Who really knew about the new cadets.
He was a little relieved that Cid hadn't asked him to make a speech of some sort, what with his position as Commander of Garden. Besides, Cid had said it all. ]
(--still need to figure out how these guys ended up here. One right after the other, it doesn't make any sense.)
[ If any of the new cadets needed something, Squall would stop and do his best to answer whatever questions they had. That was why he'd hopped the elevator down to the main level of Garden. Although ... a little part of him was hoping they wouldn't approach him and left him to his own affairs.
Which, currently, was walking back to the elevator to take up to his dorm room after he'd done a brief walk around. ]
