Except you can't wake up from it. And the things about powers. Okay, maybe he should be flying around--

He collides right into the tree, falls down a few branches, and eventually hits the ground. On his face. Okay. If he wasn't half-ghost that could have reaaally hurt. Moreso than it did. ]

There are portals that ghost can use in order to come to the human world, and vice versa.

[ Yeah Danny wouldn't want to go through. It already sort of did if you think about it. ]

Heh. Yeah. But it if helps, some of the ghost were actually humans. Like uhh... this ghost named Desiree!

They were humans who became ghosts. Though. Uh. There are ghost who are also human too.

Uhh... Yeah. For humans that turn into ghosts. I think they have to have some sort of resentment when they die to turn into one. But some ghosts are actually born from other ghosts.

But how do you get to be both at once?

Uh well.. [ rubbing back of head. what do. ] There are several ways.

M-Most... of them happen from accidents. I heard one guy because half-ghost because he was infected with some disease.

Yes. Well.... sort of. Not really. He got into an accident and it causes the disease! So uh, it wasn't contagious or anything. [ Leaaast... he doesn't think it could be contagious. Maybe if he touched someone? Ew.. ]

Yeah. There was some other incident where someone turned half-ghost because he walked into a portal and accidentally turned it on!

Yeah. It's a sort of device that can lead people to another world. In this case, the portal led you into the Ghost Zone.

You had portals that took you to other worlds? Wait, do you know how to make one?!

Only the Ghost Zone. I've never been to a third world. [ Unless you want to count the future. ] Uhhh... nope. Not at all. I've only seen two portals that led into the Ghost Zone. I'm never made one myself.

Well, other people built them. Just not me.

"Built" them? How do you build a portal to Ghostland? Doesn't that take magic?

Actually it takes science. And uh... a bit a luck. [ On his Dad's part that is. Also his son during half-ghost but that's besides the point. ]

I bet magic could do it without the luck. [Oh no, Danny, she's getting IDEAS make her stoooop]

Magic? What kind of magic? [ Magic you see in rpg games don't really exist in his world. In the ghost zone on the other hand... ]
