Ordinarily, she'd be concerned about showing off with a spell like this one, but since there was bound to be little-to-no reading material about the theoretical applications of gravity manipulation around Garden, she has no choice but to resort to practical use.

Oh, really? That is weird. I don't remember her ever mentioning you, but then again she most likely hasn't known you as long as she has me.

Well, she doesn't talk about you all the time. She did mention that you knew how to use magic though.

Well, that's just not me, any unicorn can use magic to a certain extent...

Maybe, but she did mention you by name. She actually wanted me to ask if something I had could be mimicked but altered to work on her by magic. I'm pretty sure that it's probably not something that's all that doable though.

[She reaches into her pocket, and pulls out her digivice, showing it over to Twilight.]

You've seen Piyomon, right? The big pink bird that follows me around a lot?

Well, no, she is kind of hard to miss. ...It is a she, right? Anyway, what about her?

... Actually, Piyomon's a boy.

But anyway, this thing here, it lets him grow in stronger forms. Dash kinda saw it, and was hoping to get something similar made to work on her.

... I kinda told her it probably wouldn't work.

I take it you didn't explain why, which is fine. I, however, would like to hear why you think it won't work.

I kinda did, actually.

[She sighs, before closing her eyes and holding up her hand, orange square flecks of light appearing around it.]

This here is absorbed and amplified by the digivice to evolve Piyomon, but all it does is make it easier for a process that happens to Digimon like him naturally.

I'm pretty sure your bodies don't work in the same way.

Most likely not, although I think I'd need to know what exactly "that" is to know for sure.

... You mean my digisoul, right?

[She blinks.]

Umm, that orange light thing I just showed you.

That would be it. The name alone doesn't give me any hints as to what it is.

I don't... really know how it works myself. But I've been told that it's 'the power of human emotions' and that it can affect Digimon.

It also makes punches and stuff a lot stronger too.

Well, if it's a mystery to you there's not much I can do with it right now without further study. Looks like this calls for an experiment.
