Ordinarily, she'd be concerned about showing off with a spell like this one, but since there was bound to be little-to-no reading material about the theoretical applications of gravity manipulation around Garden, she has no choice but to resort to practical use.

So, you might be seeing a purple unicorn on the ceiling today.]

[Were Lina in a bit more of sound mind at the moment, she'd likely grasp what was going on a lot quicker and approve of her student's intentions.

However, with the current lessons involving having students drawing magic from her, she was a fair bit more tired than usual, and thus is a touch slower on the uptake. She stares up at Twilight, boggling for a moment before finally speaking up.]

I just felt like I needed to practice my gravity spells today for some reason is all!

[There a couple moments of staring before Lina nods, then stifles a yawn.] Alright, practice is good. Carry on, then. Just mind the rules and stuff, you hear?

[Was that...? Riza looked over her shoulder, then up, and sighed. First Edward.... and now her roommate? She cocked her head to the side, wondering how Twilight could have ended up there in the first place. No theories came to mind immediately, but she was well aware of Twilight's talent in the realm of magics.

What was it with her fellow peers and magic this week? Was there some sort of loophole in the rules that she was unaware of?

Riza stood there for a moment, waiting for the pony to come down. After a few moments of watching the pony bob to and fro, it became clear that Twilight was not coming down anytime soon. Riza moved so that she stood directly underneath the pony before calling up to her.]

How's the view up there?

[She means this in a joking manor of course. She didn't want her roommate to think Riza was a stickler for the rules all of the time.]

[A small smile hit her lips. She'd never admit it, but she often found Twilight's personality a bit charming.]

Any chance you'll be coming down anytime soon?

[In all honesty, Riza didn't want Twilight to get into any sort of unnecessary trouble.]

I'm just walking on the ceiling is all. I felt like I needed to practice my gravity spells today, and I'm not sure why.

[Passing under the odd new ceiling decoration, Gintoki pauses, looks up, and squints.]

... Ugh, I knew I shouldn't have tried that cheap brew. Why does this shit only happen when I mix my drinks, aa?

[She doesn't look like she knows she's the problem.]

[Then, to follow up the whining, he shakes his fist at the... hallucination.]

So. Ceiling. It's very... nice. [Just all the deadpan. Why are they up there again?]

It really helps for getting through crowds, that's for sure.

[Although, she'd usually just teleport for that.]

[Sharpay doesn't spend a lot of time looking up, but the weird shadow on the floor catches her attention, and look up she does.]

... How many Float spells are you using?

None, actually. This is the effect of a different kind of antigravity spell, which I learned before I knew Float existed.

[More out of leaps of logic than actually having noticed that they know each other, Sharpay assumes Twilight is from Luna's world, in which case it figures that she knew magic before this world.] And let me guess: It's not transferable like this world's spells.

Reversing physics tends to come in pretty handy, I hear. Getaways, reconnaissance, birthday parties...it's got plenty of uses.
