[Along the Dollet Beach students from the academy seem to have set up a small little beach party. There are blankets, coolers, Grell in a bikini, and even Marco is just hanging out in his beach shorts (although you won't ever see him go in the water.) There's even a beach volleyball area set up. Purely for the viewing pleasure of the guys watching. Seeing the scene you would never expect lots of violence that was about to befall.]

Yes. Oars Jr. was four times bigger than that even. But he is... was... one of a kind.

He was a good friend of the crew even though he was in a separate crew of his own.

The world called him a monster, but we just called him a friend. He was... extremely loyal. [Says that with a note of pride.]

It sounds like you knew him well.

[Nods.] Yeah, I did, I think. He got closer to Ace near the end, but I can't imagine too many better friends in the world to have. [Has a distant look and eyes look a little dim for a bit. No internal fires blazing.]

Practically nothing. [Have a sigh as she rolls her eyes.] They're hot-headed, self-centered and irrational, prone to arguing at the slightest provocation, often leaving themselves and the entire party open to attack.

[Bursts out laughing.] That sounds like Ace. There must be something you like about them though, eh?

I'm an adventurer, which means spending a lot of time traveling alone and working with strangers. But because of them... I never got scared at night at the campfire, or lonely when I was walking through the plateau with nobody else in sight for miles. And because most of us serve the same nation, when I'd finally come back to the kingdom... they'd make it feel like I was coming home.
