Hello Balamb Garden!
I don't know if there're any other archers in Garden, but my roommate (Artemis Crock) went back home while I was on my field trip and left behind some of her stuff, like her archery equipment and so forth. If anyone's interested in learning archery, I'd be more than happy to teach them next Quarter.

They'd have to wait a little bit longer, since I'm studying for my field exam, but I'd be more than happy to show you what I know when I can. ♥

Vote for Rapunzel for Homecoming Princess!

[Campaign month is in full swing! Cissie's painted a pink & purple banner that's currently hanging in the cafeteria with the words "VOTE FOR RAPUNZEL FOR HOMECOMING PRINCESS!" and the sun motif that had also been on Rapunzel's birthday lanterns.

She's also set up a booth underneath the sign, decorated in the same pink & purple colors, with a host of sweets & lemonade for people to taste. Get a cookie and get a flyer reminding you to vote when the time comes closer!

For someone who's not super into campaigning, she seems to be enjoying herself. Those cookies and brownies won't eat themselves, you know!]

I did some training with ranged weapons and bows were one of my favorites. It's certainly not my specialty but I wouldn't mind some extra training with them whenever there's an open spot for it!

There's always open spots, LOL! I'm just not sure how much time I'll have since the field exam's next month and I'm a little worried about it :(

[Later in the afternoon, when the rest of the students where enjoying the leisure of not having any classes, or heading to their rooms to rest, relax or do homework, Ronnae made her way to go down and meet with Cissie.

After a few moments, Ronnae turned the corner into the cafeteria donning her usual thick hoodie and looking like a timid sheep around the place. That is until she saw Cissie and a small smile spread on her face as she made her way towards her.]

Hey, you putting a lot of effort into this whole thing huh?

[Of course Rapunzel notices the booth, well, more immediately she spies her friend around it and comes over, looking at the decorations and smiling. This was all new to her, but it was fun.]

It looks great, Cissie! I'm not sure how busy I'll be yet but I would like to learn archery later when we have the time? You mentioned it on the BBS at least. And you will let me know if you need any help with this campaigning stuff, right?

[Because. Well, it wouldn't be fair to make her friend do all the work.]

Hey 'Punz! [She grins, holding out a chocolate chip cookie. It even has one of the campaign stickers attached to the cellophane!] Glad you like it. And sure, I'll let you know about archery lessons and if I need help.

I promise, it's more fun than exhausting, so I think I've got it for now. [Cissie's not stubborn, or stupid, so she knows her limits. Currently, they haven't been reached yet.]

I do! [She beams and nods in approval, taking the offered cookie with a smile.]

That would be great. I know you offered to help and all but I don't want you doing too much when you're getting ready to graduate soon and all.

It's really not a big deal. [She grins, helping herself to a cookie.] Teaching you archery would actually be more work, since I've gotten help from some other people.

Plus, I already know the material for most of my classes this Quarter.

Oh, really? That's great that there is interest, at least! I had my frying pan back home but, well, with weapons training here it's probably not a bad idea to look into other ones too.

Wait, your weapon's a frying pan? [She can't help laughing, though it's more out of shock than any real malice.] Oh, wow, I would've never thought of that.

Does it knock out monsters pretty well?

Well, it was the closest thing at hand when Eugene climbed through the window of my tower. And it seemed effective enough when I hit him over the head with it, so I took it with me when we went to see the fl--the lanterns.

[A small, almost apologetic smile as she gives a light laugh herself at the memory.]

I'm not sure it will work as well against monsters though.

Eugene what. [She doesn't mind Eugene normally, since she knows he's got a good heart under there, but... really? Eugene, what even.]

Please tell me he didn't try anything.

He was looking for somewhere to hide from the guards and found my tower. He scared me so I kind of hit him and hid him in my wardrobe until Mother left. I made a deal with him that I would give him back his satchel bag if he took me to see the lanterns and brought me back to the tower safely.

Oh. So it was... [she sighs of relief.] Okay, that's cool. At least you could defend yourself.

[Thoughtfully:] Doesn't mean I won't teach you archery, though. I've wanted someone to practice with for a while, especially since Artemis went home.

[Here she is finally in her academy uniform, standing in front of a purple, pink and gold. In all honesty, she was having conflicting feelings about this display.

The military soldier side of herself criticized the childish ensemble. But her inner-girl craved to be a part of the wondrous high school life that called out to her. So she just stands here, examining every bit of this display. She hopes you don't mind, Cissie, because she might be standing here a while.

Those brownies look awful tempting too]

[Oh! New person! Cissie eagerly grins and waves in Riza's direction.]

Hi there! Do you want a brownie? Or maybe a chocolate cookie? I've got lemonade too.

Her thoughts were interrupted by a blonde girl waving and smiling at her. She seemed so cheerful. This must be the competition Twilight Sparkle told her about the other night. Riza gave the girl a small smile and nod of her own.]

Yes, please. That would be great.

[It wouldn't hurt to make a few more friends either.... ]
