[Well, if you didn't read that bulletin board post, you might think the girl wrapped up in a karate gi in the martial arts classroom might be new... but who the heck could have rainbow hair like that? Just a bit of a giveaway, y'know.]

[Rainbow isn't training at the moment, though -- instead, she's furiously craning her neck to try to see down the back of her uniform, to see if this weird new form has any sign of her wings or something. Which leads to--]

[She wrenches her head back around, rubbing at her neck.]

[If he's been standing there for the past half a minute or so, why didn't he speak up before she hurt herself? For kicks, of course! But mostly for a different reason, which is related to the reason he's just sticking his head round the open door rather than walking into the classroom proper.]

Uh, not if you just wanted to look behind - hey! [Whoops, tried to sidestep slightly too late there. He's not getting dragged without considerable resistance, though - even a bit more than the token effort he normally puts in whenever she tries it.] Get off! Who said anyone was helping?!

[Actually, she isn't as strong while under the effects of the potion -- pony muscle versus human muscle, after all, plus she doesn't have that deceptively massive wingpower to help her.]

[The difference in strength is pretty noticeable before long, which only serves to convince him he has an actual shot at yanking himself away for once.] Yeah, apart from the challenge of figuring out what arms are for. [But then he lets the smirk drop, in an attempt to look more sincere.] Later, okay? Kinda busy right now.

[Guess what: she knows one use of arms! HEADLOCKS! So she casually slings an arm around his neck to drag him in that way. And... yes, Ed, she's taller than you like this.]

Y'know, work... I mean, you could come along if you want, but I'm guessing you didn't want to just sit around at a desk until this thing wears off. It wears off, right? [Totally casual, and not at all evasive.]

[She promptly... accidentally half-throws herself onto his back. She forgot she has no wings, okay?]

I miss my wings, but it's not so bad. I feel kinda tall!

Actually, I think if I was standing normal, I'd be a little smaller.

[She gets down on her hands and... feet? Wait, whoa! Her forelegs -- uh, arms -- are so SHORT compared to her legs! This is wild!]

[Rainbow promptly attempts to flap up into the air, fails because she has no wings, and crashes to the ground belly-first in a sprawl of limbs.]

The weird thing is how easy it is to balance on only two legs. I know humans do it all the time but I thought it would be harder.

And then there's this! [She pulls up one leg, balancing casually on yhe other. Not so impressive on the surface, but pretty wild for a quadruped, right?]
