Heh, been a while since I've been around this place. Gotta say that it hasn't changed at all, other than the faces that are wandering about.

So, Garden, mind telling me if I've missed anything interesting in my time away? I can't be out of the loop on these things.

And while we're at it, for those who don't know me, the name's Reno. Not Sir. Not Mr. Not Mr. Reno. Just Reno, got it? While I'm here I'm going to be teaching two little classes starting next quarter. One of them is about making shit explode, how to make things that make shit explode, and how to diffuse things that make shit explode. If you got sensitive ears or can't handle the way I talk, then don't bother. The second one is for those of you going towards Covert-Ops, the class is specifically for that type of thing. I may not look or sound like the person who can teach that, but I'm one of the best.

[Later on, about mid-afternoon, Reno is hanging about the cafeteria. His feet are propped up on one of the tables, mag-rod lazily hanging from his left hand. He seems calm enough right then, the place being relatively deserted at this time of the day, meaning it's quiet for once.

Not until next quarter, unfortunately. But I guess that gives me some time to get settled in and get all my shit together again.

[A bit of a pause, tilting his head a bit to the side to regard the man. Jeeze, why do you remind him of his superiors sometimes, Roy.]

What the hell're you teachin' in this place? You sure as fuck aren't any more qualified to teach a bunch of little shits than I am.

Physics and Chemistry actually. I'm certainly more qualified than you to teach those subjects. I had to learn chemistry and a number of other things before I could even learn how to do some of the tricks I have up my sleeve.

[He pauses a bit after that and graces Reno with another amused look.]

I don't think you've ever seen just what those tricks are... if you want I can show you sometime.

Eh, I never was big on those kinds of things. Knowing what I needed to on the fly, learning by trial and error. Kinda how things work back in Midgar if you weren't one of those rich fucks in power.
