[Marco will have a giant sign in the cafeteria wishing Espio the Chameleon a Happy Birthday and there's a cake under it. There are also pirate party hats and candy; feel free to have some. There's even a message on the BBS:]

Hey everyone still using the old computers! Today is Espio's birthday, so if you see him in the hall, be sure to give him a big hug and say Happy Birthday!

[And then he will help "rescue" his brother from all the commotion he created in the first place. It'd be diabolical if it wasn't so ridiculous.]

Technically speaking, I am, it's just a boring reason. I can take the Ragnarok out just by filling out a form and getting it approved - no point in hijacking it.
