And gruff. Welcome back your new Criminal Justice, and International Law Instructor. Feel free to be perturbed by how he's a human-sized dog doing normal people things.

B) Alternately see him in the hallways catching a smoke between classes and yelling at you to get to your god damn classes already. Or you could snark back at him about smoking cigars on campus. Maybe his bark is worse than his bite. Maybe.

[Espio hasn't looked at the BBS today - his laptop's been confiscated called in for repairs or something like that, and he hasn't bothered to go find a terminal just to catch up on the BBS gossip yet.

If he had, he wouldn't quite have been as surprised to see Furor. I mean, come on, pretty much all the people who appeared suddenly last month have gone now.]

[Rubs the back of his neck and shrugs.] Last time I saw you was ages ago. I just got back from a very long series of missions after graduating.

And the last time I saw you was last week, and you had no idea what any of this was.

[Espio's just so, so confused, and they've barely even spoken yet!

Logically, Furor could have ended up in the past or something, and just worked his way up from there, but... Espio would have known if New Tek's police chief was hanging around somewhere, surely!

This isn't the future. Nope, can't be. He can not have suddenly timehopped into the future. Right?]

I suggest you listen... before you find yourself needing to work out a change of clothes.

[ Claire's voice is calm, but definitely possesses just enough of a dark edge to prove she's perfectly willing to carry out the threat-- whatever that may be. Considering her set stance and the prevalence of magic-users amongst the population in Garden, however... perhaps it's not that much of a mystery. ]

[Arches an eyebrow-ride coolly.] And I suggest you get to class before you get a detention.
