Valentines events

Because we've been posting here a lot lately, both the host/ess clubs and the movie screening are going to be in this post under different threads.

Host and hostess clubs: Cafeteria; boys 0800-1200, girls 1330-1630.

Movie screening: Quad; setting up from 2000, film starts 2100 and runs about an hour and a half.

[Kate wanders over holding a vase with a dozen roses with a little calico-looking cat plush attached by a ribbon. She offers Nepeta a sheepish smile as she puts it down on her table.] I have a tendency to go overboard when I feel guilty... Thanks so much for the rose, Nepeta. It was really nice of you. [Someone had totally not seen the sign ups.]

[Daw, Kate. Nepeta blinks in surprise at the flowers and cats, but then she smiles.]

Aw, Kate. Don't feel bad! [She looks at the flowers, giving them a small sniff and then picks up the cat plushie.] But this is real nice, thank you. [She hugs the plushie.]

I like to think I stay on top of things, only to realize I totally didn't even see a large group of students doing something like that. It's sort of embarrassing.

[But she smiles a little when Nepeta hugs the plushie.] I'm glad you like it.
