[A SeeD stands in the middle of the Quad, holding a clipboard as he addresses all the attendees of the event.]

Welcome to the first event of the Sponsorship Games, the 'Dares Challenge'! This challenge will test how far you will go to help your team succeed in the Sponsorship games. Here is how it will work;

Each member of a team has been randomly assigned a number. Depending on whether the Dare is an individual or team-centric challenge, a number from each team will be selected for these players to complete the assigned dare. The dare must be completed in order to win points for their team; failure to complete the dare will result in no points being awarded for the player's team.

Every dare can win a team a maximum of ten points; points will be distributed according to how well the Dare was carried out. This can depend on how creative the dare was done, if only part of it was completed, how well it was completed and other criteria.

The first team who manages to complete all their dares will be the the winners of the challenge.

Two hours will be given to all participants to fulfill their dares. Good luck to everyone!

[A whistle is blown, before the SeeD begins to recite the numbers and dares.]

[Grimaces, this is the worst... He really doesn't want to hold up his arms but he does.] Your uh... your hand... just give it to me.

[After a moment, he slaps his hand into Zuko's--still not looking at all happy about any of this.]

[Immune or not to glares and irritated looks, Kazuma gets another as Zuko moves into position for the beginning steps of the dance.]

[Kazuma will shuffle along as best he can, trying to follow him...and probably stepping on his feet a few times.]

How long you think we gotta keep this up?

I assume we only have to do one round of the dance. That should be good enou-- watch it!

[The rhythm of the tango is broken now, way to go, Kazuma.]

Sorry, man--this ain't exactly my specialty.

[Now he's scowling down at his feet--it's all their fault, after all!]

I noticed.

[Takes a minute to wriggle feeling back into his toes.]

Ready then?

Yeah, yeah, I'm ready. Let's get this over with.

[He's still glaring at his feet, hoping to intimidate them into behaving themselves.]

Fine.

[Annnd restarting the steps! Let's go!]

[No one will ever mistake Kaz for Fred Astaire, but he manages to shuffle across the floor with his partner without stepping on him again. For now.]

[And good, or else Zuko will have to firebend his ass into tomorrow if he steps on his poor toes again.]

[Kaz manages to keep his feet to himself while they make a complete circuit of the room. YAY!]

...Are we there, yet?

[The getting close parts ... no thank you! But it has to be done if they're being watched, but good thing Kazuma brings up his question because Zuko nods curtly and is the first to pull away.]

Uh... yeah...

[Kazuma likewise breathes a sigh of relief as separate. Man, that was aaaawkwaaard.]

Finally.

[Turns on his heel and heads off to the next dare...although he's really not sure why he's even going along with this stuff.]
