[ACTION]

[The moment everyone has been waiting for has arrived! Pinkie has set up the game of Hide-and-Seek for everyone, and the whole playing field is the Garden! There are extra bushes all over the place. In the halls, cafeteria, near the entrance, just about anywhere that's ridiculous enough for a bush to not be there.

On various walls, there is a sign:

TIME TO HIDE BEFORE YOU'RE CAUGHT!
Find people and have THEM sign their name on a piece of paper. Any paper will do!
Whoever finds the most will get the grand prize! There's a second and third place, too!
Everyone participating will get something!

[She's hiding in a tree, eating a slice of pie with leaves covering her whole body, ready to pounce!]

I don't need the pies anymore. Do you have time before the game? I'll be in the kitchen!

[Namur noticed the random bushes, but it took reading a couple of the signs before things clicked. So he folds a piece of paper and tucks it in his pocket along with a pen. He's at a bit of a disadvantage though, not really knowing who is playing and who isn't, and not having the greatest eyesight in the world is really going to kick him in the ass this time around. But there is one person he's sure will be playing, and so after classes he wanders outside, trying to pick her taste and scent out from the hundreds that cross the yards each day.

It is very likely she will notice him before he will notice her, hidden among the branches of the trees.]

[Just as Pinkie finishes her pie, she spots Namur wandering around below. Is he playing, too?! With her high in the tree with no place to go without being spotted, Pinkie stays put and waits, wondering if he'll notice her up there.

Time for BINOCULARS!]

[He has that feeling that someone is watching him. But really, being the only known Fishman in the world, he gets that a lot. Namur makes his way to a clear spot where people are not walking, stops, and swivels his head back and forth with his eyes shut. When he opens them, he's looking right at Pinkie Pie.

It's probably kind of creepy, considering she wouldn't know that what he's really looking at is that blob of color that he can smell is a tree. It comes into focus as he gets nearer. Namur doesn't even bother looking up into the branches. He just rams his shoulder against the trunk, making the tree shake.]

[ASDFGHJKL--SO CREEPY he's looking right at her!

Pinkie slowly put down her binoculars, super creeped out, but keeps quiet. When he rams into the tree she's in, she flails quietly and hugs the trunk tightly. Holy crap HOLY CRAP HOLY CRAP.

New mission: stay in the tree!]

[Well he's not going to knock the tree over trying to get her out, but he'll try shaking it one more time.]

Know yer up there somewhere, Pinkie! Y' got t' come down an' sign my paper like it says on the wall!

[Sure, Champloo could have responded... but why, when he was just going to come by no matter what? Taking her post as an invitation, he steps into the kitchen just a couple of minutes after it was posted.]

[Pinkie's sitting on a stool, surrounded by dozens of pies, and her laptop in front of her. She wonders if he got the message or not, since there hasn't been a reply, but suddenly he appears through the doors. She smiles and waves him over, closing the laptop.]

So you DID get my message!

When the sweet smell of a flavorful broth wafts through the air, a hungry man follows the scent to a feast! And here I find a beautiful woman surrounded by pie; could there be a more tantalizing blend of tastes?

[She looks around at the various pies: pumpkin, apple, blueberry, rhubarb, lemon torte, raspberry, and cherry, just next to her laptop.]

Oh, you're hungry?! There's...plenty of pie?

I will gladly feast on pie, but hunger is a relative thing, a blend of spice and sweetness. If you are satisfied with curried beef, do you not still crave egg noodles and rice? When you can eat no more of your meal, do you not still have room for dessert? Hyahya, and what man could ever grow satisfied of you?

[He'd approached her during this entire monologue; on its conclusion, having reached her, he sweeps her into his arms to give her a proper hello kiss.]

[The kiss is a very nice way of saying hello, which Pinkie reciprocates, wrapping her arms around his neck. She has come a long way from not blushing every time they kiss. When it ends, Pinkie smiles, but she looks a bit guilty.]

I have nooooo idea what that means! [And she seems alright with that.]

[Champloo sets her back on her stool with a smile.] It means I am always delighted to spend time with you. Have you cooked these pies for cause, or are you merely enjoying the art of baking?

[It hadn't taken any deep thought to figure out that Pinkie was the one who had left the sign. Really, it smacked of her, and it had amused Blues, if a little.

Which is why he crept up on her tree, hiding on the side so she can't quite see him.]

How's the food?

[It's no that hard to figure her out, really.]

It's pretty good! [She's still on the lookout for others, and doesn't turn to him. Not surprising that she found him.] Are you playing, too?

[He shakes his head a little, though she can't quite see it.]

I'm just here to watch, like always.

[She looks down towards where he is.]

Creeping around and watching like that is...creepy! Like some voyeur!

[How she knows what that means but not many other things is disturbing.]

[Nena had hidden inside a dumpster.]

[....It was an empty dumpster, though!]

[Pinkie scouts around, but all she finds are cats roaming about a few dumpsters. Those poor things!

She's playing with them now! Can't you hear their cute widdle mewls?!]

[Damn it! Must not be tempted to come out!]

[Eventually Pinkie says goodbye to the kittens and continues on her search! It seems that she's leaving...]

[Nena bursts out of her empty dumpster when the coast is clear.]

Kitties!

Yeah, aren't they cute?! [Pinkie leans against the other side of the dumpster. her arms crossed and covered in leaves.]
