[Pinkie is standing next to some new fandangled contraption while preparing for what looks like a flight. She has goggles, a helmet, a backpack (which is really her parachute), knee and elbow pads, and her game face! Nothing can stop her now!

Except someone who may stroll by and distract her with questions.]

[Reno was a pilot and loved all sorts of choppers and planes and things, but this was... different, to say the least.

Walking by, the closer he got, the more confused his expression. Eventually he stopped not too far away, and folded his arms. She wasn't serious, was she?]

Oh, hey Reno! [Oh so casual about seeing him.] It's my flying machine!

[midgarhorizon]

[Wait what]

You sure that's gonna get off the ground?

[laughafterme]

Yep YEP YEP! It's from back home!

[midgarhorizon]

All right, let's see it.

[He takes a seat and waits. Definitely got to see this.]

[With a grin, Pinkie finishes up with her gear before hopping on. With her feet in the pedals and hands on the steering bars, Pinkie begins cycling. The propellers rotate and the machine lifts off, a bit roughly since it's been a while, but she's up there!]

[Okay, she got him. He is duly impressed.]

You win. Where're ya flying to?

[Pinkie lands on the ground again, because she forgot how much work it took to pedal.]

Oh, just around Garden! Why? Wanna ride?

[midgarhorizon]

[He shakes his head a bit.]

Nah, I like helicopters better. Say, what's your name?

[Well that is definitely one way to get Selphie's attention. She wanders over to Pinkie and looks at the contraption curiously before finally asking what's on her mind.]

Uh, Pinkie? What is that?

It's a flying machine! DUH!

I like to call it a Fly-O-Copter!

[selphie_t]

It looks like it's made out of candy though. Are you sure it's gonna fly?

Wouldn't asking for access to the jet pack thingers be easier?

[laughafterme]

It'll fly! Have more faith! Gosh!

[Pinkie blinks in confusion.]

We have jet packs?

[selphie_t]

Candy won't be able to support your weight.

I think we do. We'd have to go find out.

[laughafterme]

Uh, I never said it was made of candy!

Well, show me that we do, and I can make some adjustments! [Jet packs strapped onto the Fly-O-Copter? Yes please!]

[selphie_t]

It certainly looks like it's made of candy.

Well, I... don't really know where they are...

[Insert some very sheepish laughter here.]

It does look pretty delicious, huh?

[Pinkie tilts her head in confusion.]

So how do you even know we HAVE them?

[Rainbow pops up -- or down, rather -- just above the contraption.]

Yeah, it's my flying thing!! I'm gonna take it for a test drive!

I... better stick around to watch that. Just in case.

Okie dokie lokie! Maybe I can out fly you!

[Unlikely, but she knows Dashie loves competition. She sets herself up into the seat, looking determined!]

In that thing? You gotta be kidding me.

[She says this almost as rote, watching Pinkie carefully. It PROBABLY works as well as it did last time Rainbow saw it... but maybe not.]

[Especially when it comes to Pinkie.]

All ready and able, Pinkie sits on her flying machine and grins to Rainbow Dash.]
