[The weather is wonderful, the people are relaxing, and best of all? NO CLASSES! Spending a whole three weeks at Obel Lake is different than all the other trips, but that doesn't mean the fun will be any different!

Nah, I've only been on one once. I'm pretty sure I'd kill myself on one of those things... Doesn't make them any less cool, though.

Then maybe you'd like something slower-paced? I think they might've also had canoes and kayaks. They're more work to move, but it's great exercise.

You just have to carefully time your strokes. Make sure they're fairly equal---in calm waters, you'll want the force you apply on the left side to be like the force you apply to the left. If you paddle more to the left, you'll turn right, and vice versa.

Billy grinned and shook his head. "I'm a mechanic, but I can pilot when I need to. But...honestly, compared to that a kayak or a canoe is nothing difficult. You'd be fine."

[Pulls the Derringer out of the folds of his towel. It is most definitely not his weapon of choice, that much is obvious by the manner he pulls it out, but he chose it precisely because of his size and ease of concealment.]

My best friend back home, Denny, used to joke I'd get hit by a parked car. You underestimate me, buddy.

People said the same thing about me once. I felt like the clumsiest person on the planet back then. But you'll get more comfortable with time and practice. It's a cliché, but it's true.
