[A few different things had been on Luna's mind since things had calmed down a bit, particularly allowing her mind to wander and think about what exactly was coming up in the next month or so. Curious things, wondering if it was even worth speaking about considering the connotations they held.]

Call us curious, Garden, but We were wondering what kind of celebrations that were held back in your own world that revolved around the end of October. If they were a positive celebration, a negative one, what sort of things were involved, and what kind of characters were included in it. [The ponies probably know exactly what she's getting at, but it was still worth asking.]

Secondly We are curious as to what kinds of rulers and/or deities you had back in your respective worlds. We are... not unused to the term and We wish to know the definitions others have used in such circumstances. It is no secret that We were a co-ruler of Equestria, nor is it a secret that We had, for some time, control over the change from sun to moon along with the stars in the sky. Thus We will also gladly answer any questions on that front as well as We have quite a bit of time on our hands.

[This is all absolutely fascinating to her, these concepts being a lot different than anything she's used to by any means. She's quickly writing things down via magic while working on a reply to her.]

A prince and a council? A council sounds like it would be something absolutely useful, though We have never dealt with such a thing as any orders that were given in our kingdom was either done by myself or my sister. Though that comes with the price that neither one of us really have any time to ourselves that is not devoted to the kingdom as a whole. [Or the world. But details.]

So these... Gods of your's. If they can be considered immortal except when fighting the Monsters, would that mean the Monsters are technically also immortal to a fault? Even though it sounds... rather situational, to be quite honest.

Eh, it's got its disadvantages, too - more people involved means more opinions involved, leading to long debates.

I guess it'd be better to say that they're immortal in the sense of being incredibly long-lived, compared to humans - but they can still be destroyed by each other, or other beings with enough power to do so.

More opinions could also lead to new ideas that could possibly be better than the one that had been proposed, however. It is worth our looking into for the future if We ever do manage to return home. [Or if the Time Compression thing brings in Celestia, but she sincerely doubts that.]

We find all of this rather eerily similar to our own world. As far as We know, there has only been two threats to our safety and well being and both have come from beings with just as much power.

Yeah, that's the upside to it. It's kind of a double-edged sword, really. Unfortunately, nothing's perfect.

Kinda envy yours, then - the Monsters of my world are a huge pain in the butt that keep causing trouble, and seems every time I turn around, I'm getting yanked into fixing it one way or another...

Unfortunate, indeed. Even in a place one would think is perfect is nothing close to it.

We would not say to envy us in any way, shape or form. Just because there have only been two stronger than us does not mean there were not others that threatened the rest of society. Particularly, in our case, one of them was our own flesh and blood.
