[1) Action: Marco can be found wandering about the Garden's open areas, whistling to birds, and perhaps more astonishingly, having them whistle back or come land on his shoulders or pineapple looking head.

2) Later the following BBS post pops up:]

Heading out on the honeymoon soon, before anything else can pop up to drag my new wife or I away. So I need someone to help with a few loose ends while we're gone. Souvenirs &/or babysitting gil can be rewarded upon request. Can SeeDs field out smaller jobs? I should know this by now... well if we can, count this as that, but you'll have to be very trustworthy. Let me know if you're interested!

[Grell is already there, playing with her cats and chocobo. One cat has latched onto the poor bird and is getting the ride of its life, while the other is trying to catch a yarn strong that Grell's controlling. Such a lovely day out for the pets.]

[A grand day, indeed. Raidou's cloak flutters in the slight breeze; he doffs his hat briefly to Grell.]

Ma'am.

[Grell turns to him, standing upright. A mysterious cloak and manners. Oh my~!]

What a grand entrance you've made, with such little effort~. [GRINS] I take it that you are Raidou?

[He gives her a polite nod.] I am. And you must be Mrs. Grell.

[A glance at the chocobo-and-cat combination. Huh.]

Do they do that often?

[Grell nods before looking over at her tribe.]

Not in particular, but it's indeed cute. [She rummages through a tote bag and takes out her camera to snap a picture. Once she's done, Grell turns back to Raidou.]

Did you possess cats yourself, Mister Raidou?

Well, I wouldn't say I owned Gotou. He was his own cat. But I did feed and play with him.

You might say we were partners.

[One of the kittens, bored with the yarn, comes over to rub against Grell's leg.]

You know, there may be a sort of class for training animal companions in the future.

Is that so?

[Not that Raidou's particularly interested in having more animals to deal with. Feng Huang was cranky on the best of days and Raja Naga kept shedding.]

So you just need someone to babysit until you get back?

That's the rumour, but we all know how much we should trust that. Rinoa had a test run class, but who knows if that will come to fruition.

[Grell nods, picking up the cat rubbing against her leg.] We're willing to pay, as well. [Rubs the top of the feline's head with a finger.]

[He wondered why she kept emphasizing random words like that. An innocent eccentricity? There were plenty of weirdos in the Capital, after all.]

Well, I wish her luck. How long will you be gone? And what are you willing to offer in return?

[He did take pro bono cases on occasion, but since she'd come right out and offered...]

[It's a Grell thing.]

We can offer up to one hundred and fifty Gil for both cats. Their necessities will also be given to you, such as their food and toys. We should return in two weeks time, pending we don't run into unforeseen circumstances.

[raidou_kuzunoha]

[He nodded.]

That sounds reasonable enough. Are there any special care instructions I should be aware of? Ailments?

Not so much instructions as tips. Polish, the one that isn't red, likes shiny objects of any sort. Bashful is just as the name suggests. They're both house broken.

[raidou_kuzunoha]

[As the cat riding the chocobo came in for another pass, Raidou plucked it off the running bird, lightly setting it back on the ground.]

Good to know. When should I come by to pick them up?

[redcinemareel]

[Lark, the chocobo, looks relived at the burden being lifted literally from its back. Grell is amused because she would not have stopped that.]

Tonight, if possible, as we're leaving tomorrow.

[raidou_kuzunoha]

[He nodded.]

All right. I'll be by early this evening then. But for now, I'm afraid I'll have to get back to class. It was nice doing business with you, ma'am.
