[After the orders were given during Saturday's announcement, SeeDs Vriska Serket and Grell Sutcliffe had been privately briefed on the mission they were to supervise and assess, as had Nida, who was specifically in charge of assessing the would-be piloting specialist on this mission. The candidates for the exam, on the other hand, would only be briefed on the day, and had two days to prepare.

[Finally, the day to prove that they too could be the pride of Balamb Garden was here.]

She never actually got Grell's name during their last encounter and had only guessed from the announcement that her supervisors were off-worlders (that didn't sound like a native name), so upon seeing it's her? Min looks briefly appalled, before she goes neutral and salutes Grell beautifully.]

[Espio does not blame her for looking appalled. Grell is crazy.]

We need some kind of alliance when the people supervising us are insane.

[ ...yeah. About that attitude score, Espio? See one half-hearted salute, because Grell does kind of outrank him, but meh. It's Grell.]

What could she be writing? His demise? The end of his SeeD career even before it started? Or just a shopping list? He'll never know.]

[She laughs and nods, saluting quickly but precisely to Vriska and Grell before bending down a bit sorry Espio but this girl is pretty tall and she knows it and offering Espio a hand to shake.] I'm Saskia. My brother Cody's taking this exam as well.

ironically as I wrote that last tag I was enjoying a nice glass of orange juice
