[It is afternoon when Kaldur makes him way to the swimming pool, pausing to look over the large body of clear water. So deceptive it is. He is not intending to take a swim himself. No, instead one may find him collecting samples, a large bottle of water and smaller vials. His motions are careful, as if he would rather not touch the water himself if he can avoid it.
He takes the samples to a classroom for research. The computers in the Garden are not exactly like those he is familiar with, but he's adapted to them easily enough. The bottle beside him has most of his attention as does the book he has open beside it that he is looking through. Unfortunately he is not finding what he is looking for. Perhaps requesting outside opinions may be his own answer.]
I am currently seeking the answer to a question and any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
Would anyone know a manner in which to remove toxins from a large body of water?
{OOC: People can run into Kaldur by the pool or in the classroom, whichever you prefer!}

Huh. Unusual, but she's definitely seen weirder around campus. Still, it won't hurt to ask if she can help, so...]
Is that for a class of yours?
no subject
No. It is for my own personal studies.
[He closes the lid on the bottle tightly and it quiet for a moment, debating. This is an opportune moment.] When swimming here...do you feel any burning sensations or irritations to your eyes or skin?
no subject
Why? Does it bother you? [It wouldn't be the first time she's heard of it, at least.]

Perhaps more than it does some others here. The chemicals are not safe for the lungs. The smell alone is quite strong to me.
[She may have noticed the gills.]

And it depends on what you mean, really. I can take all of the contaminates out of the water but if someone else chooses to come along and contaminate the water a second time there is nothing I could do about that except for to purify it a second time. In shorter terms, I can purify the water but I cannot control anyone else's actions regarding the useage of the water.

There's probably a chemical or compound that could work. One of the science teachers would probably know more about it.
Something wrong with the water here?

Action.
[Wally's been zooming around all day, trying to find the rest of the team. Unfortunately, much like with Robin, no matter where he's looked or how many times he's run around the school, he hasn't been able to find them.
He comes blurring into the swimming pool area at top speeds, which isn't the best idea given how slick the ground is likely to be. He attempts to hit the breaks but doesn't do so in time. With a yelp, he loses his balance and ends skimming across the water in the pool, before sinking into it.]
Action.
...Did that just--
Oh.]
Wally! Are you all right?
Action.
Awww, man. These things are going to squeak for friggen ever.
[Shakes his head before looking up at Kaldur with alarmed eyes.]
Have you seen M'gann or Supey anywhere today?
Action.
It is good that you did not propell yourself to the other side. [He stands and holds up a hand to help Wally to his feet and away from the ledge.]
I have not seen either of them since yesterday, but we do not share classes. [Kaldur is behind them in quarters.]
When was the last time you saw either of them?
