[This evening in the quad, there is a large section filled with tables, lights, snack foods, baked goods, and decorated with an almost ridiculous amount of streamers and balloons. There's even a banner that says in bright red paint:]

She is not a hero, really, she just works with them (ensuring they can be heroes and have all their hero-ing things for said hero-ing in top condition), and she definitely doesn't have a hero uniform nor "costume". She does not wear costumes. Clubbing clothes? Yes. Costumes? Not really. Even on Halloween.
So, for a moment, she's just going to stare at the massive amount of streamers (which she's not entirely sure aren't sentient, there's so much of them) in bemusement and debate on whether she should stay or sit somewhere a bit farther from the party, at least keeping an eye out for intel.]

Considering how her full costume meant revealing her green skin to everyone, M'gann wasn't sure if she was all that comfortable with it. After all, she'd been trying so hard since her arrival to see somewhat normal. Only those from her own world and the few people who had seen her upon her arrival knew about her unearthly hue, and she wanted to keep it that way. Even if the party was for superheroes only, there was always the chance that a stray cadet would walk past through the Quad and catch her appearance...
