It's nice to be back. This is a rather late introduction back considering I'm already settled in back in my room and my classroom has long been set-up to my tastes.
But I suppose an introduction should be in order.
Afternoon, this is Dick Grayson. I'll be one of the known instructors for (MOV 101) Military Movement along with (WTR 402) Advanced Weapons Training: Blunt Weapons. You may call me how you like. I prefer to go by Dick really. It's not the most professional sounding, but I'm pretty informal. Do please refrain from any dick jokes behind my back. I do love a good joke, and having them told behind my back just wouldn't do.
I'd like to give a general announcement that I am always available if you need any help whatsoever, so don't feel shy or intimidated. Perhaps the biggest trouble is locating me at times.
That being said I have one more thing to say which is aimed at two people in particular.
Timothy Drake. Damian Wayne. I'd like to see you two as soon as possible. Preferably not at the same time if possible. Thank you.
By the way, there is no opt out option. If you don't come to me, I will come to you.
-Dick Grayson
[For the rest of the day, Dick will spend most of his time reacquainting himself with the Garden. He'll probably be mostly in the cafeteria though since that tends to be a usually populated area. And it means he can probably chat with students and other instructors. He seems to be fond of the uniforms since he'll be wearing his most of the time.
He's also contemplating things about back home. It's been a year after all. Things were so calm before he left. That, and Bruce had just returned to them. They even got together as a family, or who was available in the family. It makes him a little disheartened to know that something like that won't be occurring here anytime soon. He's still pleased to see a lot of new faces around at the Garden though. He always enjoys new faces and meeting new people, so he's excited.
Other then that, you'll catch Dick wandering around a lot. He'll be in his room a few times or the classroom. But it's easiest to find him in the cafeteria or the second floor.]

Of course, seeing someone familiar completely negated the negative aspect of a bajillion fliers. Immediately setting them on the nearest table, Tom grins as he makes his way over.] Dick! Hey! Long time no see!

[He's going to pull you into the friendliest bear hug ever.] I just returned recently. I've been kind of running around getting settled back in, so I was scarce. But I have plenty of time now to bother everyone. You included.
no subject
They're kind of insane this year. [To prove his point, he snatches a flier off the top of the stack and hands it over. Guess who got nominated for Homecoming King?]
no subject
[Snorts.] Homecoming was pretty insane when I was around. Has it gotten that much worst while I was gone? [He eyes the fliers with an amused expression.] Hah.
no subject
It's only worse 'cause I got nominated for King. I honestly don't care if I win or not, but Instructor Evans - she teaches Drama - insists on winning no matter what. It's kind of ridiculous.
no subject
You should enjoy yourself. Of course, I don't think I'll ever want to feel how it is being nominated again. I never did find out how that happened before. Good luck though. I'm assuming all these fliers is to get you votes then?
no subject
[He sighs, though he doesn't sound very annoyed or irritated.] Need any help getting settled in again? Or do you think you've got it this time?
no subject
I'm pretty sure I got it handled. I have most of my stuff unpacked. I just need to reacquaint myself with the Gardens. [A beat.] And I'm looking for a couple of people you can say.
no subject
Yeah? I've been here for a while, so maybe I've seen 'em around campus before.
no subject
I'm sure you've seen them around. Blue eyes. Black hair. Kind related to me. [But not really.]

[He has to think about the kids, though.... nothing really comes to mind.... except...] I think I have, actually! There's two Damians in my Boxing class this Quarter--and one of them claims to be Mr. Wayne's kid, so it's not hard to guess he's your kid brother.
[Tim's also in this class, but he doesn't really know Tim... that and when he teaches two Damians? The class erupts into chaos before the bell even rings.]
no subject
[Raises an eyebrow.] Two Damians? Is it just a name coincidence? [He doesn't know about the other Damian.
That sounds about right. It doesn't seem like they can ever get along.] I hope he isn't causing you too much trouble. I know he can be a little difficult at times. [A little is not the right word.]
no subject
[He shakes his head. Tom wishes it were just names.] Unfortunately, no. They could pass for twins... Except Damian Razem's practically flunking my class while Wayne's acing it with flying colors. That, and Razem's like half a foot taller.
The kids're a handful, but it's fine. Really. I can manage 'em.
no subject
That-[What even.] I haven't met Damian Razem yet, but I guess I should look into that. Especially if they look alike. [He's curious now.]
You get really used to it if you watch them long enough. Trust me.
no subject
I'll take your word for it. Boxing's never been that popular around here, so I guess I was used to smaller classes and then... boom! Explosion of people.
no subject
I guess I can't help but enjoy the larger classes. But that's probably the more social part of me that's talking. [Except, which part of Dick isn't social?]
