Ya Allah, I'd never thought those monsters'd get back where they belonged. You guys weren't actually half-bad in defeating them, but I guess that's also to be expected. We are a military school.

I never thought I'd be bored enough to ask, but what are you guys doing during the break? I wanna go into town and grab some hot chocolate, but it's too zidgit to go by myself. [AKA please go with me, I'm too socially awkward to say this outright.] That, or I guess I could practice with those knives Luki gave me.

[And thus Robin - not Damian - waits for Aang under a tree in the Quad. He's got a Rubix Cube in his hands, so he'll fiddle with it while he waits.]

[When Aang enters the quad a few minutes later, he spots who he suspected posted on the bbs under a tree. He heads over to him to greet him.]

Hey! What's that?

[waves to Aang as he holds up the Rubik's cube.] It's a Rubix's Cube. You're supposed to solve it so that all of it's red on one side, green on another, and such.

Yeah, pretty much. [offers it to him] You can try it on the way to town.

[So he did guess right! Thank god. He takes the cube from Robin eagerly.] Thanks! I bet I can solve it before we get there.

[gets up and dusts himself off] Heh, good luck. I haven't completely solved it myself.

I think I can handle a simple puzzle.

It only looks simple. [Off to town they go! Robin was even prepared and brought a map.]

I gotcha. [He glances over at the map before starting on the Rubik's cube.] You do know where we're going, right?

Of course! [huffs. Seems like his feathers've been ruffled.] This map's old-fashioned, but really easy to read.

I hope so. [He makes a face at the cube before decidedly turning it once, then back again.]

I know so. [Takes a turn, though he doesn't stop looking at the map. Thankfully, Robin doesn't have a poor sense of direction, so Trabia's just up ahead from their current location.] You're safe with me.

Don't worry; I trust you. [He smiles at Robin before taking a different approach to solving the Rubik's cube. He turns it furiously in every direction only to end up with even less solved than before.]

[pffff, Robin can't help laughing at the new method.] Somehow, I don't think that's the correct answer.

[Aang growls a bit at the puzzle, giving it a few more turns before calming back down.] I guess I'm not good at this.

You're not the only one. [No way is Robin gonna admit he's bad at it, so!] I've seen people struggle with it for hours. It's not a bad time-passer.

[Subject change!] About that hot chocolate... you like marshmallows in them? Or just extra peppermint?

Just peppermint is good. I can't eat marshmallows. [His world didn't have marshmallows, but he's run into them here, and he doesn't like the sound of what's in them.]
