[The day is like any other in Garden. The birds were chirping. Students milling about to their classes and activities. Blue skies. Water balloons dropping from the air. A few distressed screams here and there.

...well, maybe not your everyday scene this day.

The duo of Marco and Grell were soaring high above the Garden at the moment, Marco in his Phoenix form, and Grell in a blue dress and matching blue scarf (to cover up that red hair of his!) in order to blend in with the sky better.

But, the balloons were all red. Ah well.]

We should have done this a long time ago!

[Why were they doing this? Because they can. And to test out how well they could be near invisible?]

A very good question, one I will soon find an answer to. As for an angon, it is a specific type of throwing spear that was designed to weaken enemies.

So I gathered. [Have a rueful smile as she finally gives up and proceeds to drip water everywhere.]

There's a little more to it. When an angon is built, the metal spear head is purposely weakened near the base so that when thrown, it bends and is harder to remove. Not only does that distract your opponent but it also makes it impossible for the enemy to use it back on you.

Mainly they were used to create more openings for stronger attacks.

Now imagine my finger is a large piece of metal embedded into your side and kept there because of your armor. Also try to imagine moving and fighting someone while it's buried in your chest. [Oh, did we mention she's totally invading your bubble?]
