Well, I'm a robot! This is me hooked up to my terminal; I can type it directly without any of that physical interaction stuff, or I can draw power from the main Garden system into my internal battery.

A blastia takes in aer, and then converts it through means of a formula. The power from the Garden, in that case, can be compared to aer - the stuff inside you is the formula that tells it what to do! It's nowhere near as neat and refined, though.

The Garden's power is electricity, right?

I never did finish my research on the anima formula. This kind of process and level of... programming is unreal! Through the anima formula and enough power, theoretically you can grant blastia some autonomy, but not to this level!

I wonder if this is the kind of material they teach in the programming class? We don't have computers in my world, but I expect blastia could be used to achieve something similar...

Completely, one-hundred percent! Theoretically I sort of grew into the autonomy thing, but then you'd have to learn about neural nets and AI and that's just annoying as hell. Basically I'm intended to be as close to a human as possible!

I suppose I'll have to look it up, then. I can't imagine the beginners' programming class goes into material that advanced - I'll have to look into what the library has.

But really... as "close to a human as possible"? Why would anyone want that? It doesn't seem to have any practical value.

I'm as "lightened up" as I want to be. I'm just thinking in terms of practicality here - when you have a limited supply of something, I expect using it to make a doll be exactly like a person would be low on the priority list.
