[After studying for ungodly amounts of hours, Ken finally decided to take a break from the books and go out and do something. One thing led to another and Ken found himself in the Training Center where he met up with a T-Rexaur or the T-Rexaur met up with him... Either way, he's battling it now.

It doesn't appear that he needs any help but feel free to barge in and aid him if you feel like it. ...or, you now, you can watch the kid own the dino.]

[Ken, though still highly distracted by the presences of Minato, avoids the tail sweep by doing a duck-and-roll. Once on his feet again Ken casts a spell that surrounds the T-Rexaur with pieces of paper with glyphs written on them. As the papers vanish, it seemed to do serious damage to the T-Rexaur.]

[Huh, that's odd. Minato had yet to cast any Hama or Mudo spells since his arrival in Garden, so he's rather surprised that Hamaon can harm now. Still, he manages to avoid the sweep by leaping back - it helps that he's far away enough for it to work - and lets Thor 'have at him' once more.]

[Reeling from the attacks, the T-Rexaur staggers back and seemed to be limping now. It was probably only one or two more attacks before it fell now. After Thor had finished its attack, Ken rushed at the T-Rexaur jumping at the last moment to spear the dino in its face. He tumbled off to the side after his attack... one more good hit should do it.]

[Minato sees an opening as the T-Rexaur tumbles his way, and gives it one good strike with the sword, which makes it topple down in defeat.]

[Victory dances and fanfares can wait for later, Ken drops his spear and runs up to Minato. He grabs a hold of the ends of Minato's coat to see if he was actually real and not just a really realistic illusion. Yep, that was definitely fabric he was feeling in his hands.]

[Minato's eyes widen as the realization of why Ken's been acting that way towards him hits him]

...the same way as everyone else: I got picked from a point in time and sent here.

[Ken would have said more, but there really isn't much to say beyond that. He's starting to get the impression that the Time Compression had something to do with Minato being here.]
