Anyone up for a little piracy? Pillaging? Plundering? That sort of thing? Giving some jerks a bloody nose? Or should we just get hammered and run a riot through good old Balamb?

Nothing planned. Much as I'd love to do something like that there doesn't seem a boat worth stealing-- Let alone something to pillage.

What? That sucks. Can we pillage anything on land?

Aye, it's possible, just not as fun and a bit more difficult to get away.

We can manage it! I mean, you're a pirate, you guys are famous for that kinda stuff, right?

Do you, by chance, know what pillaging is?

Stealing, right?

A bit more than that. Stealing mixed in with destruction and plenty of booze.

But if you're really up for it, next time we decide to pillage something, I'll make sure you're along for the ride.

Hmm. I usually don't do that, being a hero and all. But what the heck, I haven't done something this fun in awhile, right?

[And booze was always fun, except for the headache part!]

That's the problem with being a hero, miss. A pirate can be a hero when he wants but a hero almost always has to be heroic.

Yeah, that's true, we have codes and alignments and stuff. It's kinda harder than being a pirate sometimes.

So why not sail under a blacker flag?

If its for fun, I'll totally do it! But you know, for realsies, where I come from, people need help. My world looks fun, but it can be dangerous, and if we didn't have heroes? Might be as bad as that war years and years ago, you know?

All worlds are dangerous in their own ways, I suppose. But heroing calls to you, more power to you. As for myself, I'd rather just be a selfish old pirate and do whatever I please.

True that! But I'd rather help people than just do my own junk, you know? I was helped so I didn't die when I was a baby. I wanna make sure I can do the same for other peeps.
