[Selphie may have been particularly and unusually quiet since she came back to Garden but hey, 22 years of catching up can take quite some time. On top of that, she had to learn how to use the laptop before she cast Firaga on it like she'd threatened when it started crashing on her. Thankfully for the Garden Tech Support staff, they gave her another laptop and instructions on how to operate it. Quiet all you tech saavy types, they didn't have laptops at Garden during the war, okay?

However, the perky brunette wasn't expecting to open the curtains in her room on this very special morning to snow. It wasn't just any snow, either. It was the snow with the big fluffy flakes that glittered in the sunlight and everyone on the second floor of the dorms is going to hear the girl squealing with delight for all it's worth. Feel free to come and find out what all the commotion is as she's scrambling to set up her webcam to start recording the gently falling flakes.]

Garden! Everybody, make a wish! If you don't know about the Snow Fairies, then you clearly haven't spent enough time at the awesomeness that is Trabia Garden!

Otherwise, snowball fight in the courtyard in half an hour. Be there or be square!

[Then she's leaning in with an excited look on her face. Really, she looks like a kid who's walked into a candy store for the first before grinning at everybody with a mischievous glint in her eyes.]

Or if you want your sheets frozen then by all means, skip out.

[And with a peace sign to the camera, the feed cuts out.]

[Hey, he'd gotten that 'get food' in there, so mission accomplished from his point of view. A little better than it'd been if that meal had been a bet, in his mind, at that.]

[Not only is Greed waiting, he's picked a suitably high spot to stand, with his dark coat flapping in the mild winter breeze as he grins down. Someone is a bit melodramatic.]

[The minute Selphie steps outside, she sees Greed standing there and she looks up at him curiously. Not only does he stick out like a sore thumb but he's one heck of an easy target.]

What are you, some sorta drama queen or something?

[gotgreedy]

Uh, you weren't exactly skimping on the dramatics either, Ms. "Gonna Freeze Your Sheets If You Don't Show." [He lifts his fingers in a bemused rendition of her peace sign.]

[selphie_t]

Well it got people's attention didn't it?

Also, I was bluffing. [To which she sticks her tongue out at Greed.]

And now I've got yours. Besides, why not have a little style?

[selphie_t]

Camouflage? Heard of it?

[He reaches up to tug down a strand of black hair.]

This body's a bit too late for that already. Besides, I'm not much for sneaking around in a snowball fight. Especially one with nothing on the line.

I don't see you with white body pain and a hoodie, either!

[selphie_t]

I'll get that stuff out later.

[She'll point at her arms which are covered by a thick white, thermal shirt.]

For now, this'll do the job nicely.

Just makes the rest of you stand out.

[He hops down to make a dramatic landing on the ground nearby, coat flaring. Then he rises from his crouch, spreading his arms.]

Normally I don't fight girls, but I don't think a little snow'll hurt you.

[selphie_t]

This is nothin' compared to winter in Trabia.

[She's dead serious about that.]

I dunno... [She makes a dramatic face.] I'm too frail and breakable to be outside in the snow about to engage in a snowball fight. Oh whatever shall I do? Oh poor, pitiful little me.

[gotgreedy]

If you're frail and breakable, that makes you the first girl I've met in this whole place who is. I'd say it'd make a pleasant change, but I think I'm starting to like the Amazon types.

But hey, you challenged me! [He swoops down, clawing a handful of snow from the pack, then begins shaping it as he rises.] So I'm not actually too worried about you fighting back.

[selphie_t]

[Selphie laughs at that because Greed doesn't seem the type to merely gloss over on sarcasm. When he starts scooping up snow and making his first snowball, Selphie follows suit with practiced efficiency and pelts it at him before scampering off into the distance.]

Yeah, well ya gotta catch me first!

[gotgreedy]

[Greed springs lightly to one side, drawing a circle in the snow with a foot as he slides it around to turn his dodge into a leap. He bounds up into the air to wing the snowball at her deftly.]

[selphie_t]

[The aforementioned snowball happens to land a hit on Selphie's shoulder before she's countering with a steady volley of misshapen snowballs. Can you tell that she's done this a time or two, good sir?]

[gotgreedy]

[Greed's body -- well, Ling's body, but who's counting -- is built for agility, and Greed can play to that strength easily. He dodges sideways, a snowball grazing his leg but otherwise uncaught, then scoops up a handful of snow, shapes it, and slings it in one smooth motion before he even properly hits the ground.]
