Hello Garden,

Do any of you have interest or experience in weapons development? There's something I'd like to discuss with you if you do. I'm particularly looking for SeeDs, but I might need a cadet as well.

What sort of weapons?

What do you have experience with? A variety would be helpful.

Mostly those of a magic variety, but I usually opt for a sword or dagger. There was a particular group that were powered by their user's willpower, and could have spells cast through them to empower both the weapon and the spell.

Magic is good. We definitely need weapons like those for our magic-users. Do you have any way to reconstruct one?

Not something I'm used to doing, but with enough time and research, I could see about it.

[After all, if Pokota could make a decent enough replica of the Sword of Light, it couldn't be that hard...]

I used to design weapons back home, what kind are you looking to work on exactly?

Anything that's standard-issue at Garden, or maybe more advanced than that. Plasma guns? Laser guns? We need to be self-reliant when it comes to weapon supplies.

Sounds like a lot of fun! When will you be starting something like this? Or was it more of an idea to fish out interest?

As soon as I have some assistance. I need interest before I know how big the team will be or how to organize it.

Would you come to a meeting?

I wouldn't mind at all. I hope you get interest, it would be kind of exciting to work on weapons again.

I'm sure you have some excellent ideas. Do you have any blueprints? I was thinking about bringing some, and I have the paper for drawing more.

I'd love to bring some of my schematics along! I'll make sure not to overdo it this time and only bring a few.

You can overdo it afterward if you like! We'll have time to review everything as we decide what to build, just not all at once.

Development? JUST development? Yeah, I used to work on a few things like that. But it wouldn't help you much.

Also, you're going to need something a little stronger than coffee.

Maybe you can build something that works well for you if we secure enough supplies. And you'd be able to help others from your world.

Well, I mostly did inspections. And preliminary research, but if your project's already underway, I'm guessing you don't need that.

Beats me. Maybe a brick.

There are very few ailments that can be cured by throwing a brick at your head. And you could still have ideas for research from previous projects! Besides, we need safety inspections too.

Who said anything about a cure? All you need is their attention.

Sounds like you'll have a lot to coordinate. Works for me, though. Just put the word out once you know when.
