Technology levels working on different things, I guess. Airships aren't common where I'm from and the weaponry is a bit different than what I'm used to, too.

But hell, I guess they don't have much need for that type of thing considering they can just heal themselves or they just... die. Severed limbs isn't much of a problem here.

Maybe. Would've thought it'd be easier to develop at this tech level than anything like magic, that's all.

Demand and supply, there doesn't seem to be any demand for the technology and thus they don't work on it. Or their medical technology isn't that advanced, who knows with how fucked this world seems to be.

Heh, the only person I can think of off the top of my head from my world only had a replacement since his arm got mangled and was pissed off at the company I worked for doing it to him. Even then it was replaced with a weapon, not an actual arm.

I'm a mechanic, but the extent of my knowledge of human anatomy related to mechanics is work on a semi-humanoid robot. I have time to take the job if you're comfortable with it, though I'd understand a decline.
