REAL TIME
[Mikuru has managed to source some Christmas decorations! Even though some of them are called something else in this world. So she's out and about around Garden hanging tinsel, fairy lights, baubles, paper snowflakes, the odd wreath, and other ornaments. And, you know, almost falling over a few times trying to hang something high and actually falling over a couple of times because she is carrying way too much and/or tripping over the tinsel and lights; go figure. Sorry if that stuff trips up other people...

[Also, at one point she got distracted and left a basket of mistletoe sprigs lying around. If you find it, do what you like with it; she's forgotten.]

[Green and red. There is suddenly green and red everywhere. Why is there green and red everywhere? Nepeta pretty much is sporting a blush everywhere she goes considering what these colors represent to her. There had to be some sort of holiday going on. 12th Perigree was coming up but she was certain humans didn't celebrate that so....what was it? She shifts around, and pauses to look at a string of bright red and green lights.]

They're really purrty [Even if they make her feel vaguely uncomfortable. She can't say that though since it would require explaining things she'd rather not explain, and she didn't want to accidentally put down anyone's work]

Christmas! Um, it's a holiday from some countries on Earth.

Um, family and togetherness, I think! [The origins of Christmas in Japan are pretty lost to the shrouds of time by her time.] People give each other presents and eat fried chicken for dinner... And Christmas Eve's meant to be really romantic, too.

Aww, that sounds like fun. So it's a time fur couples too?

That's what people say where I'm from... But I don't really have much experience with that myself. [Because Mikuru has never had a boyfriend. Maybe a couple of dates, but at the wrong time of year for Christmas.]
