[So, being a new kid at school means one must do some wandering to familiarize oneself with the grounds and maybe make a few friends or run into some bullies, etc. Riku has been doing just that, though he hasn't really made any new friends yet and thankfully, hasn't ran into any bullies. He is, however, wandering into the training center and-

Oh hello, Mr. T-Rex. How are you today? He blinks a few times; it is his first time seeing a dinosaur after all.]

I'm glad you're not a Heartless. Hate to see what you'd be like... though I guess Sora would like you.

[Mr. T-Rex doesn't seem to care and demonstrates this by opening its massive jaw to roar in Riku's face. He doesn't seem too fazed, aside from wincing from the horrid breath of the dinosaur and extends a hand to one side, Way to Dawn appearing in a burst of light. Blocking a rather large claw, he's just going to trade some blows with the lizard; it's been a while since he's got some good training in.]

[He blinks a little, a little confused before it finally hits him. It's no surprise; after all, Axel doesn't seem like the one he'd met in Solace anyway.

There's an amused huff as he reaches into the collar of his shirt and pulls out the necklace he'd given him a while back.]

[Roxas' eyes widen at the sight of that necklace, recognition making a clear pass over his features.

If Riku has that necklace, it must mean...]

[He's quiet for several moments, trying to decide what he wants to say. No one else seemed to remember what he did or even recognize him, and the fact that Riku of all people would...]

[Eventually he settles on taking a step forward and hugging Riku tightly, mumbling something into his shirt that's not quite distinct enough to pick out]

[And he simply loops his arms around Roxas' slightly smaller frame, a hand drifting up to pat his errant spikes. He doesn't catch what Roxas said though, unfortunately he wasn't gifted with super hearing]

What was that?

[He doesn't move to let go just yet, although he knows that can't stand there forever with that T-rex only temporarily out of commission. But for now he looks up at Riku]

I thought maybe everyone forgot.

Roxas follows that line of vision and lets go of Riku with some reluctance, claiming one of is hands instead]

[He gives his a comforting squeeze, turning towards the exit]

[So Roxas picks his way through the foliage, keeping a hold on Riku's hand...even when he slips a few times. Terrain sure isn't his friend here]
