(seventh miracle) training center; backdated to a month ago whoops

[It's a relief to finally have her abilities back and not be causing bursts of flower petals and sparkles everywhere she goes. Mikuru can't keep the smile off her face as she replaces a target she's put laser holes through. Backing up, she draws her twin pistols from the back of her apron, takes the safeties off, aims at two targets, and fires: Not bullseyes, but very close.

[While she waits for Terra, she decides to try something. It didn't work the last time she tried, but she's come such a long way since then that she's willing to give it another go, and if it doesn't work, no harm done.

[She puts the safety on the pistol in her right hand and sticks it back into her apron ties, before putting her hand up to her eye and focusing on a particular target.]

MIKURU BEAM!

[A blue laser beam shoots from her right eye, putting a hole through the target. Her jaw drops as she puts her hand down. She was pretty sure she was left-eyed when it came to her Mikuru Beam!]

(OOC: I know it says she's waiting for someone, but it's Mikuru; she'll talk to anyone :))

[Terra arrives just in time; she sees that Mikuru has started without her and braced herself for the practice.]

Your're doing Great.....I'm going to try and cast a fire spell.

[Terra chants the spell and large burst of flames appeared out of nowhere nearly hitting the target.]

It's hard to aim at things.

[Damn, girl, good thing that didn't hit anything flammable. Mikuru puts her other gun away before joining Terra and extending one arm, hand parallel to the target.]

I find that using my hand as a kind of physical extension helps me focus on my target more.

[Interesting Terra thought, she chants and releases another spell only stronger then the first one. However this one was too power for her to control, and engulfed the target burning it to nothing.]

I guess I shouldn't have used a spell that strong.

[The huge spell makes Mikuru jump.] Maybe you should stick to the weaker ones while we work with these targets... Save the big ones for the monsters.
