Greetings Balamb Garden!

First, on behalf of the GFC, I would like to thank everyone for participating in all of our events thus far this year. Because of your enthusiasm, we have made these events the best yet, which spurns us to make forthcoming events better than the last!

Second, as most of you may recall, there has been a recent graduation of a group of individuals to SeeD status. Congratulations to you all! I was also amongst that group, and therefore, I must regretfully step down as the Garden Festival Committee leader. As much as I would like to continue on, I'm afraid my future duties will conflict the needs of the committee, and that isn't fair to all of you.

The person to replace me will be Mikuru Asahina. She was my apprentice for some time now, and I am confident that she will do her very best for everyone here in Balamb Garden. I hope that you'll be kind to her as you have to me!

If there are any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to ask.

The Garden Festival Committee is a student club that organizes events for the people of Garden. :) Some of our previous events have included dances and a carnival!

We've got a few ideas, but there's nothing definite yet. Is there anything you'd like to see happen?

[Mikuru is not soliciting ideas, she swears... She's just wondering if her ideas are things people would like to see... by not telling anyone what they are just yet, apparently.]

Four weeks? Oh, you just missed our homecoming carnival! People enjoyed it so much that I think we will have another one at some point. :)

Most of the GFC's events so far are on campus because they're officially affiliated with Garden (the staff like to keep an eye on things), and people often organize group trips to Balamb on their own... But we could start branching out into student trips! [Excuse Mikuru's brain while she ponders trips further afield than whatever town Garden's docked at.]

Maybe you could try looking around for an unused room, or asking faculty (like the person who runs the adults lounge) how to ask for a room to be built. I'll look into equipment prices.
