[It might not have been so apparent, but people might start noticing that Rinoa hasn't shown her face in a while. Truth is she's hiding out in her room with no intention of leaving it anytime soon. After a while she thinks to put up a BBS post to cover all her bases.]

[She's skipping classes so soon to finals, nuts huh? That's totally a good example for a soon-to-be SeeD to set isn't it? Though honestly she figures it's unavoidable considering the rather large pair of wings currently gracing her back. After all she knows they've always shown up when she's tapped into her sorceress powers before now. So frankly she just thinks Marco was right about what would happen if she ignored her powers for too long.]

[Anyone is free to stop by her room either to check up on her or bring her school related things if they want. She's currently sitting on her bed, trying desperately to keep her wingspan from knocking things over. Turns out they're sensitive to the touch so hitting things actually hurts.]

Oi, Rinoa, you all right? [He, sadly, can't fly for a change, so he's stuck with this pedestrian mode.]

[She's still not moving too far from her current perch though, nope nope. Big brother come explain how to wing please before she hurts herself severely.]

[Scoots and in and nearly smacks into a wing.]

Whoa, nice set Angel. [Comes in under them to sit next to her.] Is this what you're worried about? [Small concerned frown over the glasses he can't take off anymore.]

[She jerks it back out of the way, because something tells her having a wing walked into would hurt and in the processes loses a few more feathers that instantly grow back. She's like a walking feather comforter filler at this rate.]

Yeah. [She nods vigorously.] They won't go away! I can't do anything with them and if I bump them into anything it really hurts. [She pouts a little then.] And I'm shedding feathers everywhere!

[She mentioned the whole thing about wings and sorceresses before, right? Or is that something she's still going to have to cover?]

All right, don't worry about it too much, eh? At the moment... everyone's all messed up. Squall is apparently an animal magnet, I'm missing my phoenix side -- and I'm stuck with these glasses.

Just try folding them -- carefully. Like folding your arms or legs. Don't think about it too much, relax first.

[She pauses for a second, surprised.]

So you mean it isn't a side effect of ignoring my powers after all?

[After their little talk, she's just kind of figured that this is what she gets for ignoring his advice on making sure she can fully control her powers.]

Just fold them, carefully. Like an arm or a leg. Don't think...[Of course she's overthinking this big time, eyebrows scrunched almost comically. Which leads to comical results ironically, such as accidentally smacking Marco in the face with one wing.]

[Laughs and rubs his face.] Eh, it's soft at least.

And no... not unless I lost my wings from not using them enough... and that's doubtful. Sorry about this Rinoa. It probably is just a Time Compression side effect. [Attempts to help show her gently how to fold the wings behind her.]

I guess they are kind of soft, huh? [She reaches out to pick a feather off his jacket, smoothing her fingers over it thoughtfully. On it's own it's a rather soft and pretty feather, sadly it's impossible for her to get past what it means.]

Oh. I was really worried there. Wouldn't want to accidentally riddle Garden full of meteor holes or accidentally blow a section of it up, right? [She jokes, but this is a serious concern for her. Her powers, if unleashed fully, could really do a number on their school.]

[This time her wing cooperates demurely as if smacking him in the face had never happened.]

So.. do you think this means I could learn to fly? As long as I'm stuck with them anyway.

[She's not plotting anything. Nothing suspicious here. She certainly isn't considering the benefit of flying away just in case she's stuck this way forever.]

[CAREFULLY ruffles her head.] It doesn't look like you're in danger of that immediately... but still... consider what I said about learning to control it. If you just try to suppress it forever, it's the same as just trying to suppress a secret love of dogs. Eventually it'll come clear to people no matter what you do.

Aye, these look big enough to fly on. [Tilts his head and inspects them over the glasses.] Not too flimsy. Your back might get pretty sore though if you don't build it up more first.

[As usual the hair ruffling makes her smile.]

But everyone knows I like dogs, Angelo's one of my best friends! [Nice analogy there Marco. She totally caught the important part all right.]

I think that as long as I'm at Garden I shouldn't use my powers. I don't want to do anything that'd draw attention to me or anyone here.

Build it up more? [She hasn't considered that like any other muscle they'll need to be trained and practiced with first.]

[Sighs.] Well, you'll be a SeeD soon, eh? Maybe after that?

Yeah, flying is like walking. You're going to fall the first few times until you get used to it. And it takes exercise. Like walking.
