[Garden's favorite group of vicious girls are at it again. This time, they're sitting at a table near the lunch line in the cafeteria, and they're not at all trying to be discrete with what they're saying; in fact, their "whispers" are quite staged as they lean in close to speak with one another:]

Just when I thought they'd be gone for good, they keep coming back!

Seriously! They're worst than bite bugs. Can't they just stay gone?

What's worse is I think that there are more of them than ever. They just keep multiplying and multiplying!

[Going through and shoving five or six apples into her messenger bag along with a soda. Her ears are folded back as she hears the girls, but just sticks her nose up and ignores them as she takes a seat at an empty table.]

[Oh, but the girls do have a keen eye. They spot the girl with the strange colored skin and yellow eyes, and are quick to target her in their little discussion.]

Speaking of weirdos, what's with all the new people that look especially freakish? I thought we'd seen everything with the little moomba wannabes.

[Bart's walking by with his second lunch, deliberately going slow even though he wants to be at a table and eating right now. So, bored, he's paying attention to the stuff most of the students are saying, like those girls over there.]

What are you talking about? Is there a bug infestation or something?

[Is he addressing them? Really? Their expressions are clearly unamused as the turn to face him.]

[Nepeta doesn't come into the cafeteria often since she prefers to hunt for her food, but she's feeling a bit tired today so she's going through the lunch line, staring at most of the food with a slightly befuddled expression.

She overhears the girls and glances their way, a small confused frown on her face. It doesn't yet click who they are talking about, but hearing anyone talk about a person like that doesn't sit right with her.]

[They spot Nepeta entering the cafeteria, and their 'hushed' whispers strike up again.]

As she passes by their table, she mournfully looks down at her tray. How sad.

Because if there's one thing Kiden likes a lot better than spaghetti, it's making catty bitches scream. Hence, Bitch #1 is a plate of pasta to the face. ]

[Egypt's in the lunch line, his back to the noisy students. He tries to focus more on what to put on his plate than their words, but it's distracting. Distracting and unpleasant.

Maybe he should have stuck to ditching the headscarf and wearing the cadet uniform at all times. He's in the uniform right now, but the headscarf suddenly feels like a red flag for attention he never wanted.]

[Sora is in the cafeteria, feeding in his own way. It's surprising how much vitriol can be found in such a place, and it makes for a veritable feast of negative emotions. And oh, he hears those girls. But all he does is just give the wickedest grin as he lounges backwards in a chair. Then, suddenly, he's up and scampering closer.]

I believe it is most effective to tell someone you have a problem with them. At least, that's what the data I've acquired says.
