That's all one will see while traversing the hallways of the boys dormitory, as well as pieces of pink scattered all about Garden. Pink ribbons on trees, pink streamers hanging off unfashionable geeks, pink party hats on some strolling cadets...

All for his favorite, annoying, PINK lizard foe.

Outside Espio's door is a pink cupcake with a note that simply states 'happy birthday~!'. Outside all other doors are pink hearts stuck to each door. Each had this message:

IT'S ESPIO'S SPECIAL DAY! Make sure you say 'Happy Birthday!'

Meanwhile, Grell's just standing in the middle of the hallway, wearing the cadet uniform, but instead of the pants he was given, he's in a skirt. All thanks to Shin! He's admiring his handiwork.
