[BBS] Homecoming Week Begins! + Valentine's Dance!

Today marks the start of the special event mentioned before: Homecoming Week!

Homecoming Week is a week of supporting one's sponsorship that will lead up to the Sponsorship Games! Think of it as preparation for excitement! During this week, each sponsorship will need to come up with the following:

Representative Colors (at least two colors!)
Motto
Mascot

Each category will be worth up to 3 points towards the final scores of the Sponsorship Games. This must be completed by February 4th!

The Sponsorship Games will start Friday February 4th (no classes this day!) and end Sunday, February 6th.

The prizes for the sponsorship games will be announced soon!



The great Valentine's Dance will be held Saturday, February 12th! Love is in the air! Now is the time to invite that special someone to a night of romance, or fun! Or both!

ALSO! Don't forget to sign up to be a secret admirer for Valentine's Day! You have until Wednesday, February 9th to send valentine messages, cards, flowers, and even candies and chocolates anonymously or signed! The choice is yours. Deliveries will be made during course hours on Monday, February 14th!

everyone in topaz1 although i don't think there's very many of us... maybe our colors could be topaz and gold/

i'm not sure about the motto or the mascot, though.

We did something like this at my high school, it was really fun then so I'm looking forward to it now too.

For amber sponsorship, maybe amber and white? The contrast looks pretty I think. As for a motto, would something like "With the help of friends, we'll make it through" work? We could use a chocobo as our mascot too, it'd even match our color.

Just some suggestions of course, I'd love to hear what you think of them though!

I think I'm the only person for my Sponsorship anymore. Well, I guess that makes the decision process easier since it's just me? [She's trying to keep it positive, but she really misses Tina.)

Colors I think should be bright red and light red and for a mascot a white bunny. I'm not really sure about a motto. "Keep going and you'll make it through" I guess?

I suggest we use the colors blue and green. I am unsure of how to choose a Motto or Mascot. What are your thoughts on the matter?

We should use purple. Definitely purple. Unsure about a second color, although white does come to mind.
