I realized earlier that it'd be easier for me to get to know people if I actually remembered to introduce myself, so here I am!

My name's Serah Farron and I'm a new cadet sponsored by Amber.

This world is really different from mine, so I'm looking forward to experiencing all that it has to offer. I'm also looking forward to getting to know everyone, especially my classmates, so if you wouldn't mind introducing yourself that'd be really nice. It's hard to stay strangers once you know each other after all, right?

It'd be kind of hard to describe. It's hard to tell people about things you've more or less taken for granted all your life, right?

I'm used to a lot more technology than this, that's at least easy to explain don't you think?

It is pretty big, much bigger than it looks like from outside. [Her initial impression of Garden involved more of the outside than the inside after all so that fact came as quite the surprise.

They explained it to me when I first woke up. About time compression and that sort of thing that is. Is there anything else I should know?

Well, the time compression causes bizarre effects every couple of months. The Garden is considerate enough to suspend classes if the effects are too severe, however.
