Week III, DAN 101, M/W/F; 0800]
[It was the third week. On and off since his stupidity in trying to attack a T-Rexaur a few weeks back, Zuko had been attending classes regularly. Some days he wasn't around much in class, using those days to get some extra rest or spend some time with Dr. Kadowaki. While other days he attended the full hour and a half. Today was going to be no different.
He was seated off to the side and leaning back against the wall on one of the benches aligning it, his right arm still bound snugly in the sling to his chest. Next to him sat some light-weight notebooks for his other morning classes.
Zuko would glance at the door every once and a while as if looking for someone and when he wasn't, he was ignoring the looks sent his way from the other cadets. The pitying looks. He'd had enough of those in his day.]

A quick glance around the room lets her know that Toph and Aang haven't arrived, but neither has Azula. Unfortunately, she does spot Zuko-- and she's unsure whether or not to approach him. Better keep her distance; the last time they had been in this class together, he wound up being bitten by a T-Rexuar.
Katara walks off to the side of the room, staying near the wall as she waits for the start of class.]

I don't know. That's his problem-- why should I care?

[And she grins.] I think it's perfect for you-- it looks like really complicated stuff, and somehow in that head of yours you're brilliant.
I AM GOING TO TRY SO HARD TO REPLY DAILY
Although dealing with the stupidity of the entire class a whole was unnerving. She didn't even want to talk to Zuko, who she pretty much had written off as being one of them now.
She literally gets there with only two minutes until the class begins and tries to move away from the notice of the instructor so perhaps she doesn't get paired up with any of these imbeciles. ]
You knew it was coming *GRINS*
Did the teacher just point at he and Azula? No, hey, Toph is good, he could dance with Toph and--
No, apparently not.
Sokka wonders if being sick is going to even come close to dancing with Azula on a scale of one to miserable. Maybe he can get strep again within the time it takes for him to cross the floor to the Fire princess. Or maybe the heavens will just open up and strike him down before she can.
... No such luck. Sokka clears his throat.] Azula.
:}
She would have much preferred these next few days dancing with the blind girl-- at least it was less likely to end in a fight.
Her eyes darted over Sokka's figure and she chuckled. ]
Look a little more excited. I'll only kill you if you step on my toes.

So--Katara had taught him where to put his hands but it seemed like a very bad idea to touch Azula anywhere. Which meant Sokka just stood and looked at her. Maybe they could dance without touching at all.
THAT sounded like a great idea.]

[ Azula didn't mind the touching much, and she just wanted to smack the look off of his face. It wasn't as if she was diseased, he was definitely the one more likely to be carrying something.
She took a step forward to grab his hands (which if she would think about more deeply would definitely have been more awkward for her) and situated them in their proper places. After all, everyone else in the class was trying to get the hang of it as well and she couldn't slack behind. That wasn't in her nature. She looked down at their feet, pretending to be checking them but really she didn't want to look at him so directly. ]

How're you feeling?

It's that girl again. Wonderful.]
... Could be better.

Morning, Zuko! How are you feeling? [He puts on his best cheery expression.]
ldag;ladg sorry for taking so long with this!
Let me break your collarbone first and then you can reconsider asking that question.
don't worry about it~ sob sorry for the typo
[Aang once again grins, resisting the urge to nudge Zuko with an elbow] Hehe, get it-- [he changes his mind halfway through he joke, realizing it's a bad idea.]
lmfao don't worryyyyyyy
