Espio o5: Espio is back. Somehow.
[ooc: kinda backdated to just before Espio gets himself re-enrolled and whatnot.]
[One small pink lizard approaches the Garden entrance, looking just a little bit worse for wear. Once he passes the gate, he immediately locates a low wall and flops onto it. Yes, he's completely worn out.]
Finally!
[Back in the Garden! After a couple of weeks tracking it down, since it's gone and moved - at least it wasn't at sea! Espio's just glad it was less trouble than it could have been - it was sheer fortune that he heard about it being in Dollet, and invisibility was so helpful when stowing away on public (and some not-so-public) transport.
The chameleon stretches, happy to have a chance to sit down. Still, there's a small noise as his stomach rumbles.]
Maybe I should go to the cafeteria first...
[He doesn't move, though.]

Wow. You look exhausted, eh. Weren't sleeping with all the nightmares?

They were weird, but they didn't keep me from sleeping - needed the energy too much. 'sides, they weren't any worse than anything Lightmare's thrown at me.
no subject
So where've you been? Indoors a lot?
no subject
I've been travelling.

[.]
Of course, it's not been that long on here.

And it was outside Deling! That's a lot further than Balamb! I was lucky to even find out where they'd gone and moved you lot to, else I could have been moving a whole lot longer!

Now he can only stop and stare at it. He's pretty sure he's never seen anything like that before.]

Had a good enough look yet?
no subject
I'm sorry if I bothered you with my staring. I've just never seen or met anyone like you before.

I'm a chameleon, just so you know. And one of the cadets, so you'll see me around every so often.
no subject
[There's no look of surprise or disbelief hearing that a talking chameleon is also a cadet. Ryoji just smiles and accepts the statement as is.]
Then you're my senior in experience here, but maybe we'll have some classes together. I'm Ryoji Mochizuki, by the way. Pleased to meet you.

Espio the Chameleon.
You're new, then?
no subject
[Reaches out and shakes the hand offered. Nope, nothing unusual going on here.]
I haven't even been here a month yet, but I'm looking forward to giving everything a try. And I'm proud to say that I don't get lost in Garden anymore.

I was here at the start of the last one, but looks like I might have to repeat it. I don't know yet - haven't asked.
no subject
Who would you ask about something like that? One of the teachers?
no subject
And... no idea. I'm sure the Faculty'll tell me. Personally, I'm hoping they'll let me take make-up exams.
no subject
I suppose the thing to do would be to ask one of the Faculty then.
no subject
And sure, you could do that, but... [] don't go expecting me to do your work for you!
