[At 0900 hours, the announcement bell chimes and once again a voice much more youthful than the Headmaster's begins to speak.]

Good morning, inhabitants of Balamb Garden! This is your pilot Nida speaking. Now that we're docked in Dollet, it's time to get our vacation on! That's right - everyone's free to leave Garden and stretch their legs. Hyne knows I will! [He sounds so eager and can't help but give a little laugh.]

Please remember to stay safe while exploring and don't go getting into too much trouble! Oh! I forgot - curfew. I know I know. Not something you want to hear, s-sorry! Anyways. About that curfew. Good news! All cadets are given an extra half-hour in which they must return to Garden for the remainder of the night. Instead of having to check in at 2300 hours, curfew for this week is 2330 hours.

Don't worry though. We'll be here all week! Plenty of time to sight see and whatever else you want to get done.

[The announcement ends, and the intercom clicks off.]

Students are free to roam around the city or keep within Garden if they so desire. The second term will start August 1st-- until then, it's vacation time!

I suppose you're heading to the pub as well? ... I won't keep you, I ...wanted to thank you for not mentioning what we spoke about a few days ago to anyone. Quistis, yourself and I, I mean.

At least ... not to the general student body I mean. I expect you must have spoken of it to Headmaster Cid, yes?

The Headmaster has been informed. [He nods.]

Everything said in my office stays there. There's no reason to tell the entire Garden.

[ Terra nods in turn. She'd thought as much. ]

That's good. I'm ... still trying to figure things out myself, so... [ She shakes her head a little. ] Anyway, it's good to see you're able to get out and about. I don't think it's very healthy for a Commander to be unable to relax even a little.

Oh. You've been here before, right? [ He must have, he's a native of the place after all! ]

[Another short nod.] That's right.

My first Field Exam was here in Dollet.

[ She perks a bit, curious. ] Really? It must be a different atmosphere to you then, if the last time you were under the tension of a mission, and now you can really look around without worrying. [ About much anyway. ]

It's a nice city. A bit overcrowded in some areas, but.. nice.

Dollet will always be Dollet. [He looks around at the buildings lining the street and then over at the cadet again.]

You by yourself?

[ Puzzled by the question, Terra nods. ]

Yes. I'm... not very well versed with socializing particularly, and I wanted to talk with Shiva a little anyway. She was asking me about what I could remember before we happened upon you here.

Does she speak a lot to you?

[ Terra looks thoughtful. ]

I don't know how much the Guardian Forces talk to the others, so I couldn't make a comparison... but we do talk fairly frequently.

[ ... should she mention she accidentally synchronized with Mitsuru's persona too? Nothing bad happened, but being that it involved Mitsuru... well she didn't want to mention that part. ]

Do they not often talk with others here?
