What's up, Balamb? Your favorite SeeD has returned from his exile. I was beginning to suspect that this place just hates me and sent me out to Galbadia to be rid of me, but mission complete. And yes before you ask, I brought presents.
Anyone want to fill a guy in on the juicy gossip I might have missed? You know, other than this whole "practically bankrupt and new commander" thing. Even in Deling City I heard about that.

[In various locations today you may discover someone trying to re-familiarize himself with the Garden... and not wearing his designated SeeD Uniform. Instead, the tall stranger is opting to barrage anyone in the vicinity's vision with ridiculously bright, clashing colors. From the flaming red hair to the green plaid shirt to the bright polka-dotted pants to the light blue sneakers, the guy in question is one walking fashion disaster.
If your eyes didn't explode from the sight, you notice the guy's waving at you. Nothing too enthusiastic, just a friendly greeting as he walks by.
