I've been a little scared about that too. But, I'm sure it will be worth it.

If not the destination itself, then at least the journey. Long treks such as that usually result in a large amount of significant memories.

Oh, there is definitely a large amount of significant memories already.

Then I don't think you have much to worry about when you reach the conclusion. Whether or not it disappoints, you've already achieved something to make the goal worthwhile.
