[He's assuming Marco's just an ordinary, boring citizen who only knows their names and faces through the media, here. Espio lashing out at a normal, innocent citizen would be bad and embarassing.

He doesn't think he necessarily would, it's just that... well, Espio has a temper, and he's obviously kind of crazy, so Mighty's just not sure.]
