What would you do if you found out someone was lying to you? I mean, I can't confront them here. But still....do I really want to keep living like that or....take a chance and leave. I trusted her. She took care of me, kept me safe, when really...it was her. It was her all along.

Anyway, Lea, Cissie, since Eugene is here now, did you want to meet him? He wants to meet you both, he's said.

Sort of? I kind of ran away back home. I'm still not sure whether or not I want to go back to my tower, but I learnt something about Mother, something she did and I don't want to believe it, but....it does make sense.

Well.....She called herself my Mother but she wasn't. At least, that's what Eugene said. He says my real parents are the king and queen of Corona, that I am the lost princess they were releasing the lanterns for each year.

People lie all the time about the stupidest things, that's what they do. If it's a big lie, then don't let them get away with it.

I do....? Maybe. It's just, everything I was told, if it's true....she has been lying to me my whole life about who I am.
