[Action/BBS] Gunblades gunblades gunbladfes.

Out of curiosity, does anyone have screws, steel pipes, or an electromagnet they'd be willing to let me have? Or Triple Triad cards that refine into any of those things? If it's the latter, I'll play you for them.


[This week finds Maria... not using her arms much. Whether in class, the hall, the cafeteria, wherever -- she's wincing every time she moves them, and looking sheepish about it.]

Oh! Ha, no, I don't even think that would help. I didn't injure myself, I just ended up straining a little. [A little more than a little.]

Did it help with what you were trying to do, at least? [Mikuru makes a gun shape with thumb and pointer finger and slashes that hand: Are these gunblade strains?]

It did. I did a lot of repetitive drilling last night. I hate that, but sometimes you just have to hammer the basics into your body till it gets it, right?

And then I woke up this morning... [She grins, embarrassed.]

It better be... [Maria folds her arms determinedly, then winces at the gesture. But she soldiers on.] Especially now that I'm the only person who uses gunblades here. At least that I know of.

I've known from the beginning what my basic Limit Break was going to be. It's good to know what other people can do but come on!

I never came up with a name for it, but I start casting buffs, and it doesn't come out of my spell stock. Shell, Protect, a Double someone lent me... The Instructor recommended I take the higher level Indirect Magic courses to see if I'd cast those spells too.

I don't know about that long! I'm pretty tough! [She makes a fist, which only serves to emphasize the fact that she does have a lot of visible power in those arms.]

But everyone always tells me I should take it easier anyway, so maybe now they'll finally be happy for a little while.
